Parents tell us Scouting gives their children more confidence, responsibility and a broader set of friends. Scouting can help develop your child's social skills, encourage self-sufficiency, and provide them with access to activities and opportunities that may have been otherwise unavailable to them.
Scouting is all about building confidence and self-esteem, learning essential life skills and leadership skills, team building, outdoor adventure, education, and fun! Scouts learn how to make good choices and to take responsibility for their actions so that they are prepared for their adult lives as independent persons.
